In Barreiros Project the Neurodiverse multiverse he combines interactive video projection, a sculpture made with color LEDs and sound.
The current topic of exploration is to illustrate how neurodiverse individuals perceive and interact with the world in a different way.

His motivation is to give visibility to neurotypical people,
practices and struggles. Using mediums that are already “challenging”. The goal is to make other people see that there is also beauty and depth beyond what it is in our comfort zone.

Servando Barreiro’s background is in Electronics, Sound and Audiovisual communication. He started his artistic career early on and kept self-educating himself about the subjects of art, science and technology. Back then, he started teaching and organizing lectures about media / technology / electronic art.
Servando has since been living all over the world such as Perú, Stockholm, México and California.
